Scrambled Eggs with Asparagus and Feta
Creamy scrambled eggs folded with green asparagus tips and crumbled feta, seasoned with fresh dill. A protein-packed Greek-inspired brunch.

Ingredients
- 5 piece Eggs
- 200 g Green asparagus
- 80 g Feta
- 100 g Cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Fresh dill
- 15 g Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the asparagus into 3 cm pieces and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat. Cook the asparagus for 4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Step 3
Add the cherry tomatoes, cook for 1 minute. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir gently with a spatula.
Step 4
When the eggs are still creamy, crumble the feta over the top, sprinkle with dill and serve immediately.
