Pan-Fried Spinach, Apples, and Lentils

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Apples
- 200 g Spinach
- 150 g Cooked red lentils
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Chop the celery into small pieces
Step 2
Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat
Step 3
Add the apples and celery, sauté for 5 minutes while stirring
Step 4
Add the precooked lentils and cook for 3 minutes
Step 5
Add the spinach, season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the spinach is wilted
Step 6
Serve immediately
