Sautéed Spinach and Lentils with Carrots
A simple and delicious dish of pan-seared lentils with fresh spinach and carrots. Ready in 25 minutes for a light dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Cooked lentils
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 2 piece Carrots
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and thinly slice the carrots.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet and add the carrots. Cook for 8 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the cooked lentils and stir. Cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the fresh spinach and stir until wilted (about 2 minutes).
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
