Turkish-Style Pan-Seared Lamb with Spinach and Mushrooms
Diced lamb seared with fresh spinach and mushrooms, seasoned with cumin and smoked paprika. A fragrant and hearty Turkish dish.

Ingredients
- 350 g Boneless lamb shoulder
- 200 g Fresh spinach
- 200 g Button mushrooms
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the lamb into 2 cm cubes. Slice the mushrooms. Wash the spinach.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat. Sear the lamb for 5 minutes, stirring, until browned.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms, cumin, and smoked paprika. Cook for 5 minutes until the liquid has evaporated.
Step 4
Add the spinach, season with salt and pepper. Toss for 2 minutes until the spinach wilts. Serve immediately.
