Asian-Style Fennel, Quinoa and Lentil Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 300 g Fennel
- 200 g Quinoa
- 250 g Cooked lentils
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 500 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the quinoa in salted water for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Thinly slice the fennel.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the fennel for 8 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cooked lentils and quinoa, gently toss together.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
