Asian-Inspired Stir-Fry with Broccoli, Carrots, and Shrimp

Ingredients
- 250 g Shrimp
- 250 g Broccoli
- 150 g Carrot
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets and slice the carrot into thin batons.
Step 2
Clean the shrimp and pat dry lightly.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat.
Step 4
Stir-fry the shrimp for 2 minutes, then remove and set aside.
Step 5
Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Return the shrimp, toss together, and season.
