Cuban Picadillo

Ingredients
- 600 g ground pork
- 300 g white rice
- 300 g crushed tomatoes
- 2 piece yellow onions
- 3 clove garlic
- 60 g raisins
- 40 g capers
- 6 g cumin
- 4 g dried oregano
- 15 ml hot sauce
- 40 ml olive oil
- 6 g salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
Step 2
Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil.
Step 3
Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes, raisins, and spices.
Step 5
Add the capers and hot sauce, cook for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Season to taste and serve over white rice.
