Penne with Olives and Curry
A simple and flavorful pasta dish where curry brings an exotic touch. Black olives add character to this easy vegetarian recipe.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 100 g Black olives
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the penne for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan and add the curry powder.
Step 3
Add the pitted and chopped olives to the pan with the curry.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and pour it into the pan with the olives and curry.
Step 5
Mix well, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
