Penne with Cream and Gruyère
A simplified Italian classic: pasta coated in a creamy Gruyère sauce, ready in 20 minutes. Comforting and delicious.

Ingredients
- 250 g penne
- 150 ml heavy cream
- 80 g grated Gruyère
- 20 g butter
- à volonté pinch salt
- à volonté pinch pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat the butter and pour in the heavy cream. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Add the grated Gruyère to the sauce and stir until completely melted.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Toss well and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Serve immediately in shallow bowls.
