Creamy Penne with Olives and Gruyère
A simple and comforting pasta gratin with a fresh cream sauce, olives, and grated Gruyère. Perfect for a hassle-free weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne
- 200 ml Fresh cream
- 100 g Gruyère
- 100 g Green olives
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
- 20 g Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook the penne according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, pour the fresh cream into a skillet, add the chopped olives and warm over low heat.
Step 3
Drain the pasta and pour it into the cream sauce.
Step 4
Add the grated Gruyère and butter, mix well, then season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 200°C for 5 minutes to lightly gratinée.
