Penne with Olives, Tomatoes, and Ricotta

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 150 g Ricotta
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 80 g Olives
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the penne in salted boiling water according to package instructions.
Step 2
Mince the garlic and slice the cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes and olives, cook for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the ricotta and gently stir until you get a creamy sauce.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan, mix well.
Step 7
Season to taste and serve hot.
