Penne with Olives and Gruyère
A simple and flavorful baked pasta with olives, grated Gruyère, and a hint of pepper. Comforting and ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne
- 150 g Olives
- 100 g Gruyère
- 2 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cook the penne according to package directions (about 12 minutes).
Step 3
Drain the pasta and transfer it to a serving dish.
Step 4
Add the chopped olives, grated Gruyère, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Mix well and serve hot.
