Penne with Olives and Curry
A simplified vegetarian pasta bake with olives and a touch of curry. Comforting and ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 100 g Olives
- 1 tsp Curry
- 80 g Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan. Cook the penne according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the curry.
Step 3
Add the roughly chopped olives and warm for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add to the skillet. Mix well and stir in the grated Gruyère. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Serve immediately in shallow bowls.
