Penne with Olives and Curry
A simple and flavorful pasta dish with a light curry sauce, topped with olives. Ready in 20 minutes for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 100 g Olives
- 1 tsp Curry
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1.5 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 2
Cook the penne according to package directions.
Step 3
In a skillet, heat the oil and add the curry, stir for a few seconds.
Step 4
Add the olives to the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and toss with the curry-olive sauce. Mix and serve.
