Penne with Olives and Carrots
A simple and flavorful pasta dish with sautéed carrots and olives for extra richness. Quick to prepare for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 2 piece Carrots
- 100 g Olives
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Peel and thinly slice the carrots.
Step 3
Cook the penne according to package directions.
Step 4
Meanwhile, sauté the carrots in a skillet with olive oil for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the olives to the carrots and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Drain the penne and toss with the carrot-olive mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
