Penne with Olives and Carrots
A simple and Mediterranean pasta dish with sautéed carrots and olives. Light, quick, and perfect for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 2 piece Carrots
- 100 g Olives
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 l Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the penne according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel and thinly slice the carrots.
Step 3
In a skillet, sauté the carrots in olive oil for 5 minutes until tender.
Step 4
Add the olives and mix. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
