Penne with Olives and Carrots

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 2 piece Carrots
- 100 g Olives
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pot and cook the penne according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel and cut the carrots into thin sticks.
Step 3
Sauté the carrots in olive oil in a pan for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the pitted olives and heat for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the penne and toss with the pan contents. Season with salt and pepper.
