Penne with Olives and Carrots
A simple and flavorful Italian-style pasta dish with vegetables and olives. Ready in less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 2 piece Carrots
- 100 g Olives
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- À goût Salt
- À goût Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan and cook the penne according to package instructions.
Step 2
Peel and thinly slice the carrots.
Step 3
Sauté the carrots in a skillet with olive oil for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the olives and stir, cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the penne and toss with the carrot and olive mixture.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
