Penne with Olives and Carrots
A simple and flavorful pasta dish with seasonal vegetables. Perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 2 piece Carrots
- 100 g Olives
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the carrots into thin sticks.
Step 3
In a pan, sauté the carrots in olive oil for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Add the olives and mix.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the pan. Toss and season with salt and pepper.
