Penne with Olives and Carrots
A simple and Mediterranean pasta dish with sautéed carrots and olives for extra flavor. A everyday classic ready in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 2 piece Carrots
- 100 g Olives
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Boil salted water in a pot and cook the penne according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel and cut the carrots into thin matchsticks.
Step 3
Sauté the carrots in olive oil for 4-5 minutes. Add the olives.
Step 4
Drain the penne and mix with the carrots and olives. Season and serve.
