Penne with Carrots and Celery
A simple and flavorful baked pasta dish made with everyday vegetables, topped with a touch of butter and baked until golden. Comforting and ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 2 piece Carrots
- 2 stalk Celery stalk
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the carrots and celery into small dice.
Step 2
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, sauté the diced carrots and celery in a pan with butter for 8 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and mix it with the vegetables.
Step 5
Transfer to a baking dish, season, and bake for 5 minutes at 200°C until golden.
