Penne with Ham and Gruyère

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne
- 200 g Ham
- 150 g Gruyère
- 40 g Butter
- 30 g Flour
- 250 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the penne in a pot of boiling salted water.
Step 2
Dice the ham and grate the Gruyère.
Step 3
In a skillet, make a roux with the butter and flour, then thin it with water to create a béchamel sauce.
Step 4
Add the ham and Gruyère to the sauce and mix well.
Step 5
Drain the penne and pour it into the sauce, mix and serve.
