Penne with Tomato Sauce and Tuna
Penne with homemade tomato sauce enriched with tuna for a simple and flavorful Mediterranean meal. Ready in less than 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 160 g Canned tuna
- 400 ml Tomato sauce
- 2 clove Garlic
- 40 g Gruyère flakes
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the penne in boiling salted water according to package directions.
Step 2
Mince the garlic and sauté it in a pan with olive oil.
Step 3
Add the tomato sauce and drained tuna, mix and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Toss the cooked penne with the sauce and serve with Gruyère flakes.
