Penne with Curry and Vegetable Sauce
A comforting pasta gratin with curry, carrots, and celery. Easy and flavorful for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 250 g Penne
- 2 pieces Carrots
- 1 piece Celery stalk
- 2 tsp Curry
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 500 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan.
Step 2
Cut the carrots and celery into dice.
Step 3
Add the penne to the boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4
In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the vegetables with the curry for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and pour it into the skillet with the vegetables, mix well and season.
