Penne with Cream and Tuna
A comforting Italian dish with tuna, sour cream and grated Gruyère. Ready in 20 minutes for a weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 150 ml Sour cream
- 50 g Grated Gruyère
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the penne according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, drain the tuna and add it to a pan with a little olive oil.
Step 3
Add the sour cream to the tuna, mix well and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the penne and add it to the sauce, sprinkle with grated Gruyère, season with salt and pepper to taste.
