Penne with Cream and Tuna
A indulgent Mediterranean pasta dish with tuna, sour cream and black olives. Perfect for a satisfying weeknight meal.

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne
- 300 g Tuna
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 120 g Olives
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 L Water
- 0.5 unit Fresh lemon
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the penne according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Drain the canned tuna and add it to a skillet with oil and minced garlic. Heat for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the sour cream and pitted olives. Stir well and simmer for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add the cooked penne to the sauce, toss, add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
