Penne with Cream and Tuna
An easy and satisfying pasta dish with fresh tuna and a delicious creamy sauce.

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 150 g Tuna
- 150 ml Sour cream
- 60 g Green olives
- 40 g Gruyère
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 L Water
- 15 g Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the penne according to package directions.
Step 2
Drain the tuna and place in a bowl, then lightly mash with a fork.
Step 3
In a skillet, melt the butter and add the tuna.
Step 4
Add the sour cream, grated Gruyère, and green olives. Mix well.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add to the sauce. Mix, season with salt and pepper.
