Penne with Creamy Bacon Sauce
An indulgent and simple dish: penne coated in a creamy sauce with smoked bacon. A comforting French classic.

Ingredients
- 300 g Penne
- 150 g Bacon
- 200 ml Sour cream
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the penne in salted boiling water according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
Step 3
Mince the onion and garlic, then add them to the bacon. Sauté for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the sour cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Season to taste.
Step 5
Drain the penne and toss it with the creamy bacon sauce.
Step 6
Top with fresh parsley and serve hot.
