Penne with Cream and Gruyère

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 100 g Grated Gruyère
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 20 g Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the penne in boiling salted water according to package directions
Step 2
Drain the pasta, reserving a glass of cooking water
Step 3
In the pan, melt the butter and add the heavy cream
Step 4
Add the drained pasta and mix, then stir in the grated Gruyère
Step 5
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 8 minutes at 180°C until lightly golden
