Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 100 g Ham
- 80 g Gruyère flakes
- 30 g Butter
- 150 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the penne in a pot of salted water according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, dice the ham and mix the butter with the Gruyère and water in a bowl to make a creamy sauce.
Step 3
Drain the penne and pour it into the pot. Add the sauce and ham, mixing well over low heat for 2 minutes.
