Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 120 g Ham
- 2 piece Eggs
- 60 g Grated Gruyère
- 100 ml Crème fraîche
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the penne in salted water according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with crème fraîche, Gruyère, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Step 3
Dice the ham and warm it in a skillet.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and add it to the warm ham, then pour the egg-cream sauce off the heat and mix quickly.
