Garlic and Oil Pasta
An ultra-simple and delicious Italian classic: al dente penne tossed with golden garlic-infused olive oil, finished with pepper and salt. Ready in 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Penne
- 3 clove Garlic
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the penne for 10-12 minutes until al dente.
Step 2
Meanwhile, thinly slice the garlic and gently toast it in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat.
Step 3
Drain the penne and transfer it to the skillet with the garlic and oil.
Step 4
Toss well, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
