Penne Aglio e Olio

Ingredients
- 300 g Penne
- 4 clove Garlic
- 60 ml Olive oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot.
Step 2
Cook the penne according to package directions, about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, thinly slice the garlic on a cutting board.
Step 4
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic over medium heat for 1 minute.
Step 5
Drain the penne and add it to the skillet with the garlic.
Step 6
Toss well, add salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
