Simple Italian Tomato Pasta
The authentic Italian version of tomato pasta: crushed tomatoes warmed with oil and seasoning, tossed with al dente pasta. Comfort food at its finest.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 400 g Tomato
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pot with salt.
Step 2
Crush the tomatoes (fresh or canned) coarsely.
Step 3
Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 4
Pour the oil into a pan and add the tomatoes, let simmer for 8 minutes.
Step 5
Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, mix well.
