Stir-Fried Noodles with Vegetables, Asian-Style
Quick and flavorful wok-style noodle stir-fry with soy sauce and ginger. Satisfying and ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 180 g Noodles
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger
- 1 clove Garlic
- 100 ml Water
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the noodles until al dente in boiling salted water, then drain and set aside.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini into thin sticks and mince the garlic and ginger finely.
Step 3
Heat the oil in the wok over high heat.
Step 4
Stir-fry the garlic and ginger for 30 seconds, then add the zucchini.
Step 5
Stir-fry the zucchini for 3-4 minutes, then add the noodles.
Step 6
Pour in the soy sauce and water, mix well, and heat for 2 minutes.
Step 7
Season with pepper and serve immediately.
