Pasta with Chocolate-Ham Sauce (Asian Fusion Twist)

Ingredients
- 180 g Pasta
- 120 g Ham
- 30 g Dark chocolate
- 25 g Butter
- 2 L Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook pasta al dente (about 10 minutes).
Step 2
Cut ham into strips and sauté in butter in a pan for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Drain pasta and add to the pan with the ham.
Step 4
Break chocolate into small pieces and add gradually while stirring so it melts slowly.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, mix well until sauce is smooth. Serve immediately.
