Chicken Broccoli Gruyère Pasta Bake
A comforting pasta gratin with chicken, broccoli, and creamy Gruyère sauce.

Ingredients
- 400 g Pasta
- 300 g Chicken
- 300 g Broccoli
- 150 g Gruyère
- 40 g Butter
- 30 g Flour
- 400 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cook the pasta for 10 minutes in salted boiling water.
Step 3
Cut the chicken into small pieces and pan-fry for 8-10 minutes with a little oil.
Step 4
Cook the broccoli for 5 minutes in salted boiling water, then drain.
Step 5
Make a béchamel sauce: melt the butter, add the flour, then gradually add the milk while whisking.
Step 6
Stir grated Gruyère into the béchamel, season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Mix the pasta, chicken, broccoli, and béchamel sauce in a baking dish.
Step 8
Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
