Pasta with Ham and Parmesan
A French classic with an Italian twist: simple and savory pasta with crispy ham and grated Parmesan.

- 200 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 50 g Parmesan
- 1 l Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 20 g Butter
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a pot with a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Cook the pasta according to the time indicated on the package.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the ham into small dice and brown it in a skillet.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and mix it with the ham, butter, and grated Parmesan.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
