Pasta with Ham, Cream and Broccoli
Creamy pasta with ham and broccoli, finished with a touch of parmesan. A comforting and indulgent family favorite.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 250 g Broccoli
- 100 g Ham
- 150 ml Sour cream
- 40 g Parmesan
- 15 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into florets and dice the ham into small pieces.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a skillet and add the ham and broccoli. Cook for 6 minutes.
Step 4
Pour the sour cream into the skillet, stir, and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Add the grated parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
