Italian Pasta with Lentils, Carrots, and Garlic
Hearty pasta with a rich sauce of lentils, carrots, and garlic. A simple yet flavorful Italian dish that's perfect for family meals.

Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta
- 200 g Red lentils
- 250 g Carrots
- 3 clove Garlic
- 400 g Canned tomatoes
- 500 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 50 g Grated Parmesan
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel and dice the carrots and mince the garlic.
Step 3
Heat the garlic in olive oil in a pan for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the diced carrots and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add the lentils, canned tomatoes, and 200 ml of water. Simmer for 12 minutes.
Step 6
Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Drain the pasta and pour into the sauce. Mix well.
Step 8
Serve with grated Parmesan on top.
