Italian Pasta with Spinach and Tomatoes
A simple and flavorful pasta dish with fresh spinach, tomato, and a touch of cheese. A classic Italian favorite made with pantry staples.

Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta
- 150 g Fresh spinach
- 1 piece Carrots
- 400 g Canned crushed tomatoes
- 50 g Grated Parmesan
- 2 clove Garlic
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 L Water
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel and cut the carrot into small dice and mince the garlic.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic and carrots for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add the crushed tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Add the fresh spinach and cook for 2 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Serve with grated Parmesan.
