Baked Pasta with Ham, Broccoli, and Gruyère
A rich baked pasta dish with ham, broccoli, and creamy béchamel sauce topped with melted Gruyère. Ultimate comfort food.

Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta
- 250 g Broccoli
- 150 g Ham
- 100 g Gruyère
- 40 g Butter
- 40 g Flour
- 500 ml Milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.
Step 3
Cut the broccoli into florets and cook in boiling water for 8 minutes.
Step 4
Prepare the béchamel: melt the butter, add the flour, stir, then gradually pour in the milk while stirring.
Step 5
Dice the ham and mix it into the sauce with the broccoli and drained pasta.
Step 6
Pour into a baking dish, top with grated Gruyère, and bake for 15 minutes until golden.
