Baked Pasta with Ham and Lentils
A comforting Franco-Italian baked pasta combining pasta, lentils, and ham with a touch of cream for an easy yet delicious Sunday dinner.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 120 g Green lentils
- 100 g Ham
- 200 ml Crème fraîche
- 80 g Grated cheese
- 800 ml Water
- 20 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil and cook the lentils for 12 minutes.
Step 2
Add the pasta and cook for 10 more minutes.
Step 3
Dice the ham into small pieces.
Step 4
Drain the pasta and lentils, then mix with the crème fraîche and ham.
Step 5
Transfer to a buttered baking dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
