Gourmet Pasta with Dark Chocolate, Ham and Roasted Vegetables
A delightful surprise dish that combines rich dark chocolate pasta with crispy ham and roasted vegetables. A wonderfully indulgent sweet and savory combination.
Ingredients
- 350 g Pasta
- 80 g Dark chocolate
- 150 g Ham
- 200 g Carrots
- 250 g Broccoli
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 40 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the carrots into batons and the broccoli into small florets.
Step 2
Arrange the vegetables on a baking sheet, drizzle with 2 tbsp of olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Roast for 25 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain well.
Step 4
Cut the ham into small cubes and brown in a skillet with 1 tbsp of oil for 3 minutes.
Step 5
In a saucepan, melt the butter with the dark chocolate broken into pieces. Add the honey and balsamic vinegar.
Step 6
Pour the pasta into the chocolate sauce and mix well. Add the ham and roasted vegetables. Toss gently.
Step 7
Serve hot; the sweet and savory contrast will be delicious.
