Pasta with Spinach and Broccoli in Tomato-Parmesan Sauce
A savory Italian dish combining pasta, green vegetables, and a tomato sauce enriched with Parmesan. A bit more indulgent with the addition of tomato and garlic.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 200 g Broccoli
- 150 g Spinach
- 400 ml Tomato sauce
- 50 g Grated Parmesan
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté g Salt
- à volonté g Pepper
- 2 L Water
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets and mince the garlic finely.
Step 3
Sauté the garlic in olive oil in a skillet for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the broccoli and cook for 5 minutes, then pour in the tomato sauce.
Step 5
Add the spinach to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce and Parmesan.
Step 7
Season with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
