Curry Chicken and Broccoli Pasta
A quick and flavorful Asian-Italian fusion dish. Al dente pasta tossed with tender chicken and broccoli in a creamy curry sauce.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 300 g Chicken
- 200 g Broccoli
- 2 tsp Curry
- 30 g Butter
- 100 ml Water
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Boil salted water and cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into cubes and the broccoli into small florets. Heat the oil in a skillet.
Step 3
Sauté the chicken in the skillet over medium-high heat until golden (5 minutes).
Step 4
Add the broccoli and curry powder. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 5
Pour in the water and butter, stir. Let reduce for 2 minutes until you have a creamy sauce.
Step 6
Add the cooked pasta, mix, season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
