Creamy Broccoli, Carrot and Bacon Pasta
Rich and indulgent pasta with vegetables and a touch of cream. A perfect weeknight dinner classic.

Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta
- 250 g Broccoli
- 150 g Carrot
- 150 g Bacon
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 60 g Grated Gruyère
- 20 g Butter
- 1500 ml Water
- à goût pinch Salt
- à goût pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil in a pot and cook the pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into florets and slice the carrots into thin batons.
Step 3
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes, then add the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Pour the heavy cream over the vegetables and bacon, let simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 5
Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, mix well. Stir in the Gruyère, season with salt and pepper.
