Creamy Pasta with Apples and Ham
A delightful sweet and savory pasta dish featuring a creamy sauce, ham, fresh spinach, and caramelized apple slices.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta
- 100 g Ham
- 200 g Apples
- 100 g Fresh spinach
- 150 ml Crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp Whole grain mustard
- 20 g Butter
- 40 g Parmesan
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to package directions in salted water. Drain, reserving a glass of cooking water.
Step 2
Peel the apples, slice them, and caramelize in a pan with butter for 5-6 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, sauté the diced ham with fresh spinach. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Add the crème fraîche and mustard, stir well. Add the pasta to the pan with a splash of cooking water.
Step 5
Add the caramelized apples and grated Parmesan, season with salt and pepper. Gently toss and serve immediately.
