Creamy White Chocolate and Apple Tagliatelle

Ingredients
- 350 g Tagliatelle pasta
- 2 piece Apple
- 150 g White chocolate
- 300 ml Milk
- 150 g Crème fraîche
- 80 g Walnuts
- 30 g Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- quelques brins g Fresh thyme
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
Peel and slice the apples. Sauté them in a skillet with butter and thyme for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Melt the white chocolate with the milk and crème fraîche in a pot over low heat, stirring gently and ensuring it doesn't boil.
Step 4
Toss the cooked pasta with the white chocolate sauce. Add the sautéed apples.
Step 5
Coarsely chop the walnuts and sprinkle over the pasta. Serve immediately with salt and pepper to taste.
