Creamy Pasta with Mushrooms and Olives
Spaghetti topped with a creamy mushroom and olive sauce with a hint of garlic. A comforting and flavorful dish ready in 25 minutes.

Ingredients
- 200 g Spaghetti
- 200 g Button mushrooms
- 80 g Olives
- 150 ml Sour cream
- 2 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente.
Step 2
Meanwhile, clean and slice the mushrooms.
Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a pan, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until they soften.
Step 5
Pour in the sour cream and add the chopped olives. Mix and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 6
Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Mix, season with salt and pepper.
